Ford rally history celebration

Ford will be the featured marque at the fifth RaceRetro, the International Historic Motorsport Show at Stoneleigh Park from March 14-16, 2008. A display of Ford rally cars from the ’50s to today, called ‘From Gatsonides to Grönholm’ will be central to the event. The 40th anniversary of the Ford Escort will be marked, while the GT40 will also be celebrated. Current Ford WRC team boss Malcolm Wilson will open the show on one day and the organisers hope to attract many former works Ford drivers and co-drivers.
