We note that an Eye Care Information Bureau has been formed with headquarters in Leicester Square. No doubt it has much good work to do, but we deplore its intention of” drawing attention to the unsatisfactory state of affairs that exists at present regarding the lack of any eye rest when application is made for a driving licence.” Isn’t the motorist controlled sufficiently as it is ?
