In one month’s time it will be illegal to run a car without both headlights in working condition—and not before time. Birmingham authorities have for some time specified that cars should be driven at night on dipped headlights, and have since claimed a drop in the accident rate. Later it is expected that this regulation will be enforced in all towns in this country.
