Audis Le Mans fightback begins

July 7, 2014

This is the car with which Audi will attempt to regain its Le Mans 24 Hours crown from Peugeot in June. The heavily reworked front-end aerodynamics of the R15 are a result of rule changes at the end of 2009 and further bodywork changes are designed to reduce drag. The car began testing in March at Homestead and Sebring, ahead of its scheduled debut in the Paul Ricard 8 Hours in April.
