Brit Turner lands extra Aston drive

July 7, 2014

Sports car star Darren Turner will race three types of Aston Martin in 2010.

The Aston works driver, a double GT1 class winner at Le Mans with the marque, was due to combine racing a DBR9 in the GT1 world series for the Young Driver AMR team with a one-off run in one of Aston Martin Racing’s Lola coupés in the 24 Hours. He will now also contest the Le Mans Series in the works-backed JMW Motorsport Vantage GT2.

Turner said: “It’s going to be interesting jumping from car to car.”
