League kicks off

A major French club is expected to join the new ‘motorsport-meets-football’ Superleague Formula, which began at Donington in September. Liverpool also confirmed its participation. Over the six-meeting winter season the Superleague grid is expected to expand from the 17 cars that took part in the opening event.

The two Donington races were won by Beijing Gouan FC driver Davide Rigon and Borja Garcia for Seville FC.
