Sir, In your Silverstone report you state that P. N. Whitehead’s Cooper-Alta is now tuned by Wharton’s ox-mechanic.
This car was built by myself and Mr. A. Birks, of’ Motorwork L14.. at Cooper’s, and has been tuned, prepared and maintained by myself this season. I am, Yours. etc., S. EtswOuTft
