Paul Stewart will join the podcast team on Monday for the next instalment of the Motor Sport podcast in association with Mercedes-Benz.
Co-founder of Stewart Grand Prix with his father Jackie, his racing career took him to the F3000 podium and to victory in British Formula 3. His three years in F3000 saw him partnered with David Coulthard and Gil de Ferran.
His single-seater squad Stewart Racing won the British Formula 3 Championship before entering Formula 1 with Ford thanks to a deal struck by Sir Jackie. Rubens Barrichello, Jan Magnussen, Jos Verstappen and Johnny Herbert all appeared in the tartan-ribboned machines, with Herbert scoring the only win in the retirement-heavy European Grand Prix of 1999.
